Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestras is collecting donations as part of our annual fundraising campaign: NOTES 2024. This campaign runs from March 24 to May 5, 2024.
When I first heard about EYSO, I had no idea how much it would impact my life. At that point, I hadn't even considered music to be very important to me, much less imagined it being a career path I would feel drawn to. EYSO is such an amazing experience. I have never felt so connected to another group of people; we are all in it for the love of music and music-making. In terms of musicianship, I would not be where I am today without EYSO teaching me the skills I needed to get here, and this is my first season with them. I cannot wait to continue on this journey with this community, but we can't do it alone.
Tuition covers only one-third of the total cost of each member’s participation in EYSO. Our NOTES campaign helps keep tuition reasonable and offsets program costs.
