Hello, my name is Amanda and I play the oboe! I play in the Eyso because it is a fun and safe place to be able to play music with other kids from all around the Elgin area! Over the coarse of my time here, I have been able to play a lot of different kinds of interesting pieces, and have learned a lot from my conductor and my peers. I know that this is important to not only me, but a lot of other people that go here as well.
Eyso is a non-profit organization, and helps a lot of kids attend despite what circumstances they may be in. In order to help maintain the ability in which students can come to learn music every week, we are relying on donations from anyone who may want to help. Here in the Notes Campaign, it is my job as an Eyso student to help reach out to people like you to help fundraise our organization! Any donations means a lot to me, and I hope that you will consider.
